Job Description:
- Manage trial calendar and assist with staffing associates within the Litigation Business Unit.
- Participate on trial teams and assist with drafting briefs, motions, and discovery documents.
- Prepare client communications and thought leadership materials.
- Oversee long-term projects and ensure they align with the team's strategic goals.
- Work closely with practice lawyers to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate with practice manager and supervising partners to identify staffing needs.
- Collaborate with the innovation team to assign resources and maximize impact on client matters.
- Exceptional writing and oral communication skills.
- Ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Assist with witness preparation for depositions and trials.
- Excellent project management, prioritization, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a matrix environment and collaborate with cross-department teams and clients.
- Strong customer service skills, commitment to meeting deadlines, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
7+ years of litigation legal experience.
