Associate Attorney The candidate will prepare various legal documents, such as motions, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence. Advise clients by weighing available options toward a successful outcome and plan a course of action. Complete legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and briefs. Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies. Represent clients in court to argue motions during legal proceedings. Be able to work independently on appropriate legal documents and research necessary for the particular case, such as for briefs, motions, and pleadings, as well as correspondence. Defend depositions. Participate and contribute in team strategies. Juris Doctorate (.) degree from an accredited law school is required. Should preferably have 2+ years of relevant experience. Experience with Clio case management software is preferred.
