Job Duties:

- Manage all aspects of pre-litigation personal injury cases, specifically focusing on medical care for clients with serious injuries
- Open claims with insurance companies and request necessary documents
- Use case management software (Filevine) to upload and save documents
- Coordinate and schedule medical appointments for clients
- Provide excellent customer service and be responsive to client needs
- Ensure clients receive necessary medical care

Qualifications:
