Litigation Paralegal The candidate will prepare, edit and proofread documents (correspondence, agreements, pleadings and briefs). Work with attorneys to advance litigation in each case; including taking the initiative to regularly update team members on the status of cases and quickly alerting attorneys to important client and case needs. Assist attorneys with discovery, including discovery requests, depositions and issuing subpoenas. Assist with document review and analysis through various platforms. Manage electronic case files using a document management system (iManage) to ensure information is organized and easy to locate. Prepare for and attend trial (including compiling trial materials, coordinating witnesses, preparing and issuing trial subpoenas, preparing and managing exhibits, and attending trial). Bachelor's Degree, Paralegal Certificate or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Should have 3+ years of law firm experience.
