Job Title: Bilingual Paralegal (Spanish) - Criminal and Personal Injury

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide paralegal support to attorneys in both criminal and personal injury matters.
- Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and in person.
- Manage attorney calendars, schedule hearings, appointments, depositions, and court dates.
- Draft, file, and manage legal documents and case files.
- Answer phones and professionally handle client inquiries, serving as a first point of contact.
- Accurately take and organize detailed case notes and records.
- Conduct case research and assist in trial preparation.
- Coordinate and assist with jail visits and court appearances as needed.
- Utilize and manage casework in Clio Practice Management and MS Teams.
- Leverage technology tools such as ChatGPT for drafting and research assistance.
- Adapt quickly between different cases and tasks with accuracy and professionalism.
- Work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Education and Experience Information:
- Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and verbal) is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience in criminal defense and/or personal injury law.
- Proficient in MS Teams and Clio Practice Management software.
- High typing proficiency and excellent note-taking skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
- Comfortable speaking with clients and handling emotionally sensitive situations.
- Ability to remain composed, adaptable, and accurate in a fast-moving work environment.
- Technologically savvy and comfortable using modern software tools (including ChatGPT or AI-based tools).
- Ability to pivot quickly between tasks and manage shifting priorities.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- In-office position Monday–Friday 9 AM–5 PM with occasional court dates or jail visits.

Salary Information:
- Compensation is - per hour.
- Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays.
