Opportunity Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly experienced Partner with at least seven years of Labor & Employment litigation experience to join our Las Vegas office. This is an ideal opportunity for an attorney who is looking to handle a diverse range of labor & employment matters involving cutting-edge topics and sophisticated clients. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on single plaintiff employment litigation, as well as wage & hour class/PAGA litigation.
Responsibilities:
As a Partner at O’Hagan Meyer, you will have the opportunity to handle complex and sophisticated legal matters for a diverse range of clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Representing corporations, non-profits, and associations in labor & employment litigation
- Providing preventative counseling to clients and a results-oriented approach to litigation
- Direct client interaction and significant responsibility on legal matters
- Mentoring and training associates
- Collaborating with colleagues in a collegial and supportive environment
Requirements:
- Active CA-Bar License required
- NV Bar License preferred but not required
- Must reside in Las Vegas
- Experience in Labor & Employment litigation is a must

Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is $170,000 to $290,000 per year.
