Prologis, the global leader in logistics real estate, is seeking a Director, Real Estate Counsel to join their North America real estate transactional legal team. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $167,000 - $208,000 annually.

As the Director, Real Estate Counsel, you will be responsible for driving complex real estate transactions, strategically balancing legal risk and business objectives. This is a hands-on role, where you will be actively negotiating and closing sophisticated deals that directly impact Prologis' growth and expansion. Your work will include acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing, and data center pursuits and conversions.

Key responsibilities for this role include drafting and negotiating real estate transaction documents, structuring complex transactions, managing outside counsel, and working closely with internal teams to craft and negotiate project-related agreements. You will also be responsible for leading and managing non-landlord/tenant litigation matters and tackling additional legal challenges as needed.

To be successful in this role, you must have a JD from an accredited law school and a minimum of 10 years of real estate transactional experience. You must also possess superior written and verbal communication skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and have exceptional interpersonal skills. Additionally, you must be a strong team player with a collaborative mindset and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
