Job Responsibilities:
- Represent employees in various workplace disputes, including but not limited to discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour claims
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and assist with case strategy
- Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to share ideas and tactics
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and pride in your work product
- Willingness to put in extra hours for the benefit of the client and firm
Job Qualifications:
- Active CA Bar license
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment and/or class action litigation (excluding workers' compensation)
- Bilingual (strongly preferred, but not required)
Skills:

- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting
