Job Title: Employment Attorney
Job Responsibilities:
- The candidate will be responsible for taking depositions, conducting discovery, making court appearances, and handling law and motion tasks.
- The role requires the attorney to work on cases from start to finish, which includes trial, case investigation, legal analysis, and other litigation-related duties.
- The attorney is expected to have excellent writing and oral advocacy skills and be a self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision.
Education and Experience Information:
- The candidate must be licensed to practice law in California.
- The candidate should have experience working in litigation, preferably within a labor or employment law setting.
- Experience with trial, case investigation, legal analysis, discovery, and law and motion is required.
- Proficiency in using Word Perfect, Microsoft Office, and Clio is expected.
Salary Information:
- The position offers a salary range of $150,000 to $200,000 per year.
