Orlando Junior to Mid-level Litigation Associate

Job Responsibilities:
The associate will be part of a national-caliber litigation and trial practice. The practice encompasses a variety of complex legal disputes including:
- Complex commercial litigation
- Intellectual Property (IP) litigation
- Employment litigation
- Real estate and land use disputes
- Other business-related disputes

Education and Experience Information:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a nationally recognized law school, with a ranking in the top 10% of their class
- Participation in law review, moot court, or trial team
- Experience as a judicial law clerk, preferably for a United States District Judge
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Experience in researching and drafting pleadings and papers on complex legal and factual issues
- Strategic and analytical mindset
- Capability to work independently as well as part of a team
- High motivation with a strong work ethic

Candidates must be admitted to The Florida Bar or eligible for admission in the near future. References and writing samples will be required from eligible candidates.
