Appellate Practice and Trial Support Associate

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle appellate oral arguments and argue legal motions in various court settings.
- Participate actively in charge conferences to ensure legal compliance and procedural correctness.
- Preserve the legal record during trials, ensuring all necessary documentation and objections are properly recorded.
- Work collaboratively with legal teams to provide trial support and appellate advocacy.
- Engage in research and writing tasks, demonstrating strong legal writing skills in drafting briefs, motions, and other legal documents.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and court personnel to facilitate legal processes and case management.

Education and Experience Information:
- Candidates should possess four to six years of demonstrated experience in appellate practice and trial support.
- Actual courtroom experience is required, including handling appellate oral arguments and legal motions.
- Judicial clerking experience is preferred, indicating familiarity with court procedures and judicial decision-making processes.
- Excellent academic credentials are required, reflecting a strong foundation in legal education and practice.
- Demonstrated writing skills are essential for drafting legal documents and engaging in effective legal advocacy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary for effective teamwork and client interactions.

Salary Information:
Salary range for this position is $155,000 - $205,000, depending on location.
