Job Title: Document Services Operator
Job Responsibilities:
As a Document Services Operator at the law firm, you will be responsible for transforming complex legal documents into polished, flawless deliverables while ensuring adherence to tight deadlines and maintaining the highest standards. Your primary duties will include:
- Formatting, revising, and converting complex legal documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Performing advanced functions such as updating tables of authorities, cross-referencing, defined terms checks, and financial table formatting.
- Creating, editing, and reformatting PDFs, e-closing binders, presentations, and graphic elements with precision and consistency.
- Troubleshooting document issues and assisting users with software queries.
- Ensuring all documents meet the law firm's standards for branding, formatting, and functionality.
- Collaborating with attorneys and staff to understand project requirements and deliver outstanding service under tight deadlines.
Education and Experience Information:
Candidates for the Document Services Operator position are expected to have:
