Trademark Paralegal The candidate will provide assistance to attorneys in trademark prosecution and enforcement efforts for international trademark portfolios. Develop and maintain trademark files for prosecution and maintenance of international and domestic trademarks. Assist attorneys with trademark clearance, filing and prosecution of trademarks in the . and foreign countries. Extensive correspondence with clients and foreign associates in connection with the registration, maintenance and enforcement of trademark portfolios. Ensure accurate docketing of domestic and international deadlines; monitor docket to ensure timely filings. Generate status reports as needed. Handle post-registration issues involving use requirements, maintenance and renewal deadlines. Provide ready reference and substantive research assistance to attorneys. Order trademark search reports. Oversee execution and legalization of documents for submission in support of foreign filings; review international treaties and legislation as necessary. Manage and process all foreign associate invoices; generate invoices as required. Bachelor's Degree is required. Should have 3-5 years of experience in international and domestic trademark prosecution.
