Experience Information:

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a caseload of personal injury litigation matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
- Conduct depositions, represent clients in court hearings, and prepare cases for trial
- Collaborate with legal assistants to develop case strategies and prepare for trial
- Conduct legal research and draft briefs, motions, and memoranda
