Job Title: Environmental Toxic Tort Attorneys

Job Responsibilities:
Environmental Toxic Tort Attorneys at the law firm will join the national toxic tort practice group and work under the national trial and coordinating counsel. The attorneys will engage in civil litigation with responsibilities that include:

- Litigating cases nationwide and collaborating with national trial and coordinating counsel teams across various offices.
- Handling assignments with minimal supervision while demonstrating excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills.
- Engaging in research and demonstrating proven skills in this area.
- Participating in forward-facing client interactions and handling appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials.
- Being willing to travel and physically attend trials as required.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates must possess strong academic backgrounds and have at least one year of experience in civil litigation. The position is open to all experience levels, and trial experience is preferred but not required. Candidates should be self-starters and driven team players. An Indiana license is preferred but not required, and those with licenses in other jurisdictions are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate would be located in Indiana, but candidates from other locations are also considered.

Salary Information:
The yearly salary range for the Environmental Toxic Tort Attorneys position is between $100,000 and $275,000. The actual salary offered may be above or below this range and will be determined based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, and the location where the position is filled.
