Job Title: Civil Litigation Attorneys
Job Responsibilities:
Civil litigation attorneys at the law firm are expected to engage in a variety of legal practices within the scope of civil litigation. This includes handling cases related to Employment, Environmental, Toxic Tort, Product, Commercial, General Liability, Construction, Healthcare, Professional Liability, and Insurance Defense. Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging in litigation processes, including drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Representing clients in court appearances, hearings, depositions, and trials.
- Collaborating with team members and clients to develop case strategies and solutions.
- Communicating effectively through writing and persuasive speaking to advocate for clients' interests.
- Managing assignments independently with minimal supervision.
- Engaging in client interactions to provide legal advice and updates on case progress.
Education and Experience Information:
Candidates must possess a minimum of at least three years of experience in civil litigation. They should have a strong academic background and proven skills in research. Trial experience is preferred but not required. Additionally, candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in the state they apply to.

Salary Information:
The yearly salary range for civil litigation attorneys at the law firm is between $100,000 and $275,000. This position is open to all experience levels, and the actual salary offered may be above or below the identified range. The salary is determined based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, and the location where the position is filled.
