Job Title: Accounting and Billing Analyst
Job Responsibilities
Process and manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and payments. Utilize QuickBooks to record financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and generate financial reports. Collaborate with staff and clients on invoicing platforms to resolve billing inquiries and ensure smooth communication. Conduct detailed research to verify financial data and resolve discrepancies. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial statements when needed. Monitor deadlines and manage multiple tasks to meet client deadlines and expectations and billing schedules. Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive financial and client information.
Education and Experience Information
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with staff and clients. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and reporting. Outstanding math and research skills to analyze data and resolve discrepancies. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and client information. Deadline-driven with excellent time management and organizational skills. Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external clients. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not required). 2+ years of experience in accounting, billing, or a related financial role (preferred).
