As an associate with 3-6 years of experience at a comparable law firm, you will have the chance to work on a broad range of real estate transactions for sophisticated clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing title, documenting, negotiating and closing real estate secured loans, leases, acquisitions and dispositions
- Working on multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrating superior writing skills and a high attention to detail
Requirements:
- JD or equivalent degree from a nationally recognized law school
- High academic achievement
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Superior writing skills and attention to detail

Salary Information:
- Expected annual pay range: $260,000-$390,000
- Final offer amount dependent on geographic location, applicable experience and skillset of the candidate
