Seeking an Immigration Compliance & Enforcement Staff Attorney with 1 - 3 years of business immigration experience with exceptional writing skills to provide support our compliance legal team. Candidate should have the knowledge, skills and abilities to: Conduct the basic legal research and due diligence to support our Compliance practice during compliance reviews. Draft legal compliance updates and blog entries, assist with marketing and client facing events. Coordinate and monitor I-9 and E-Verify compliance programs alongside senior attorneys;Review electronic I-9 forms and E-Verify systems for compliance with appropriate regulations. Conduct I-9 audits and assist during site visits, work on immigration related anti- discrimination and employer sanctions investigations. Document preparation including draft Standard Operating Procedures and training materials based on Form I-9 and E-Verify eligibility regulations.
