**Members Only** is seeking a Manager of Legal Recruiting to join their highly collaborative team and help drive strategic recruitment initiatives for their Los Angeles and Santa Monica offices. This role offers the opportunity to work with some of the world's most successful and innovative investors, entrepreneurs, and disruptors in various industries and make a real impact on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic direction for firm-wide, office, and practice area recruitment plans
- Act as primary hiring contact for summer associate hires for Los Angeles and Santa Monica offices
- Serve as legal recruiting liaison for multiple business units, including major practice groups
- Collaborate with business unit leaders and directors to onboard and integrate summer associate and lateral candidates
- Analyze data and trends to identify potential candidates in key markets
- Stay current with industry updates and changes at competitive firms
- Develop relationships with local and national search firms
- Pitch the firm and articulate its interests, strategic focus, and growth strategy
- Oversee internal due diligence processes for local summer associate and lateral hires
- Promote inclusive recruitment practices by working with firm committees and internal constituents
- Maintain metrics to report and measure success in lateral recruitment
- Manage all aspects of the local Legal Recruiting budget
- Develop and manage the local Legal Recruiting team

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree and 5-7 years of direct recruiting experience, preferably in a law firm setting
- Willingness to travel to other Goodwin office locations and professional conferences as needed
- Flexibility to work extended hours when necessary
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
- Superior judgment, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information
- Sophisticated research skills to identify lateral and summer associate candidates
- Working knowledge of recruiting software, Workday, and applicant tracking systems (ATS), Lawcruit
- Experience overseeing summer associate and entry-level hiring efforts
- Active participation in the firm's community to enhance the collaborative culture

- Los Angeles: $105,800 - $158,700
- New York: $105,800 - $158,700
- Philadelphia: $94,700 - $142,000
- San Francisco: $112,800 - $169,200
- Santa Monica: $105,800 - $158,700
- Silicon Valley: $112,800 - $169,200
- Washington DC: $100,700 - $151,100
