Entry Level Paralegal Responsibilities: Drafting and filing complaints and pleadings. New client onboarding, proactive support, and communication with assigned cases. Communication with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other representatives regarding liability, property damage, and client treatment. Constant and accurate record keeping, case notes, calendar, etc. Maintain friendly collaboration with colleagues, and attend company meetings as needed. Active online research of relevant information to assist & prepare in legal processes. Maintain constant & absolute confidentiality, professionalism, accuracy, integrity, and a positive attitude.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 1 year of paralegal experience. Prior experience working with personal injury clients is a plus, ability to empathize, listen and understand client needs. Understanding of A A Personal Injury A A? laws, policies, procedures, etc. Excellent verbal and writing skills, ability to draft and edit correspondence. Bi-lingual (verbal) in Spanish or another language is a plus.
