Responsibilities:

- Successfully brief and argue appeals in courts at every level, including the . Supreme Court, federal courts of appeals, and state courts
- Work on high-profile cases in a team-oriented environment
- Handle bet-the-company and industry-changing appeals
- Provide "appellate eyes at trial" by focusing on key motions and issue preservation at the trial court level

Qualifications:

- Excellent legal research, writing, and interpersonal skills
- Experience as a judicial clerk, preferably for a federal or state appellate court
- Completed JD from an accredited law school
- Strong academic credentials
- Highly motivated and proactive
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player
