Job Title: Litigation Paralegal

Job Responsibilities:
- Case management, which includes maintaining document control, calendaring docket deadlines, and coordinating and monitoring local counsel.
- Preparation and organization of various documents, forms, charts, and letters.
- Conducting deposition and record reviews and summarizing findings.
- Preparing for depositions and assisting attorneys in preparation for depositions in advance.
- Preparing for hearings.
- Handling document production.
- Drafting discovery documents.
- Requesting documents and records.
- Preparing an index of documents.

Education and Experience Information:
- The candidate should possess 5-7 years of experience.
- Experience in Traditional Tort Litigation is preferred.
- Must demonstrate initiative and self-direction.
- Demonstrated attention to detail is required.
- Strong skills in Outlook and proficiency in the MS Office suite, including Word and Excel, are required.
