Job Title: Family Law Paralegal
Job Responsibilities:
The Family Law Paralegal will serve as a critical liaison between clients and attorneys. Key responsibilities include conducting client interviews, preparing and drafting legal documents such as pleadings and motions, and preparing and reviewing discovery materials. The role also involves analyzing and summarizing financial information, calculating child support, and preparing for and assisting in trials, mediations, depositions, and hearings. The paralegal is expected to provide high-quality service to clients and work as part of a team to deliver comprehensive representation.
Education and Experience:
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in family law and 2 years of paralegal experience. The candidate should possess outstanding attention to detail, sound judgment, strong organizational skills, and excellent customer service and communication abilities. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team are essential.

Work Schedule and Location:
