Position: Public Companies Attorney
Experience: 3+ years of relevant law firm experience
Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience
Wyrick Robbins, a leading law firm, is currently seeking a highly motivated attorney with a minimum of 3 years of relevant law firm experience to join its Capital Markets practice. The firm primarily represents publicly traded companies in the technology and life science industries, as well as investors in public companies. They are experiencing strong growth and have a specific need for an attorney to handle public offerings, SEC reporting, and corporate governance matters. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a team of leading practitioners on sophisticated matters at a regional, national, and international level.
Job Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on public offerings
- Counsel clients on SEC reporting and disclosure matters
- Provide guidance on corporate governance matters and stock exchange rules
- Interact directly with company executives and boards of directors
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant law firm experience working with publicly traded companies and public offerings
- Familiarity with SEC reporting and disclosure requirements
- Knowledge of corporate governance matters
- NC Bar admission preferred (ability to waive in also accepted)
- Outstanding academic credentials from both undergraduate and law school
- Excellent written, analytical, and verbal communication skills
