Job Title: Personal Injury Case Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling personal injury files from intake through to the preparation of trial binders, ensuring that each case is meticulously organized and ready for legal proceedings.
- Maintaining ongoing quality client contact, serving as a reliable point of communication for clients throughout the legal process.
- Collaborating with insurers to resolve property damage and loss of use claims, ensuring that clients receive fair compensation.
- Sending representation letters, letters of preservation, and other necessary client documentation to relevant parties in a timely manner.
- Drafting demand letters to initiate the claims process or as part of settlement negotiations with insurance companies.
- Scheduling client medical appointments and requesting necessary medical records and billing information to support the client's injury claims.
Education and Experience Information:
- Spanish fluency is required, including the ability to speak, read, and write in Spanish.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury cases is required, demonstrating a strong understanding of the personal injury legal landscape.
- Knowledge of the injury claim process with insurance companies is essential to effectively manage and negotiate claims.
- Familiarity with basic medical terminology related to personal injury (PI) injuries is necessary to accurately interpret medical records and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.
- Candidates must exhibit careful attention to detail, ensuring all case-related documentation is accurate and complete.
- The ability to adhere to strict deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively is essential for managing multiple cases simultaneously.
Salary Information:
- The salary for the Personal Injury Case Manager position ranges from $35 to $45 per hour, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
