**Members Only**, a top law firm in Florida, is currently seeking a full-time Workers’ Compensation Attorney to join our team in Fort Lauderdale, Lake Worth, Orlando or Tampa offices. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced attorney with a minimum of 2 years of workers’ compensation litigation experience.
Compensation:
- Base salary of $100,000 - $125,000 per year
- Bonuses on settled cases
- Commensurate pay based on experience
- Bar dues and CLEs provided by the law firm
- Commission on cases brought into the firm
Responsibilities:
- Represent injured workers in workers' compensation cases
- Opportunity for growth to eventually supervise your own caseload and earn salary and profit share
- Focus on obtaining excellent results for our clients while creating a positive and career-focused workplace for employees
Qualifications:
- Law degree from a fully accredited law school
- Member in good standing with the Florida Bar
- Minimum of 2 years of workers compensation experience preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Highly motivated and able to learn quickly, work directly with clients, and strive for amazing bonuses
