Job Title: Associate Attorney - Workers Compensation
Location: St. Petersburg, Florida
Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year (based on experience)

Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in Workers Compensation cases
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents
- Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance companies
- Provide excellent client service and maintain a high level of professionalism

Requirements:
- JD from a fully ADA-accredited law school
- Must have one of the following: bar exam scheduled for Summer 2025, already admitted to Florida Bar, or JD and eligible to sit for Florida Bar
- Prior experience in Workers Compensation preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle a high volume caseload with attention to detail and deadlines
