**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., a reputable law firm in Tustin, CA, is currently seeking an experienced paralegal with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a law firm setting. This individual must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and have a strong understanding of standard legal concepts and procedures in the transactional setting.
Salary and Benefits:
- $68,000 - $85,000 yearly salary
- Competitive benefits package including 401(k), health insurance, and paid time off
Responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other transactional documents
- Conducting legal research and gathering information for transactional matters
- Maintaining and organizing client files and documents
- Managing deadlines and ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Coordinating with clients, attorneys, and other parties involved in transactions
- Assisting with the preparation of closing documents and other transaction-related materials
- Preparing and filing documents with government agencies
- Supporting attorneys with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Valid Certified Notary Public license preferred
- ABA-approved paralegal certificate program such as an Associate’s degree or proprietary school program in paralegal studies, Bachelor’s degree desired
- Completion of a nationally-accredited paralegal program strongly preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in legal services under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and writing abilities
