Job Title: Technology Training Manager

Job Responsibilities:
The Technology Training Manager is responsible for delivering comprehensive training, service desk, and technical support activities. Key duties include:
- Providing planned training, just-in-time education, and IT support to end users.
- Offering support and solutions as an onsite or virtual presence for the Northeast offices of the law firm, along with handling all-office support second-level calls to the Help Desk.
- Monitoring IT requests and providing direct assistance to end users in troubleshooting, set-up, installation, and configuration of office technology hardware and software.
- Communicating adoption concerns and feedback from end users to IT leadership.
