Job Title: Client Financial Intake Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of client data required for Billing, E-Billing, and Collections.
- Maintain and update client address, contact, and billing distribution information in Aderant Entity Manager, making necessary changes and proactively seeking required information.
- Verify billing attorney information for clients and matters is current and accurate.
- Review new client engagement letters for billing guidelines, special rates, and alternative fee arrangements to ensure proper setup for seamless information flow.
- Examine new client engagement letters for retainer information and coordinate with Accounts Receivable Specialists to ensure timely receipt of retainers.
- Review both current and new client guidelines, updating financial systems in compliance with these guidelines to facilitate accurate time entry, billing, e-billing, and collections. Communicate updates with billing attorneys and seek approval from the Office of General Counsel.
- Collaborate on Aderant Projects to assist with the setup of new timekeepers, enforcing client billing restrictions and requirements, and managing client budgets.
- Conduct research and resolve ad-hoc projects and assignments as they arise.

Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent level of legal billing experience is preferred.
- Comprehensive understanding of client revenue accounting processes.
- Proficiency with Aderant Entity Manager and Prebill Manager is required; experience with Docudraft, BillBlast, Intapp Time, and other revenue-cycle software is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook, is necessary.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
- A proactive, inquisitive, and analytical problem-solving approach is essential.
- Ability to collaborate with all finance team members and foster a positive work environment is crucial.
- Effective client management skills and a proven track record of excellent customer service are necessary.
- Flexibility, time management, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize workload effectively are required.

Salary Information:
