We also prioritize diversity, with 83% of our partners and 66% of our team members being women.

As an Associate, you can expect:

- Hands-on experience and ownership of work from day one, working directly with clients.
- Real mentorship and training from experienced partners who are invested in your professional growth.
- A three-tiered career progression approach designed to prepare you for partnership, if that is your goal.
- Frequent feedback and clearly defined core competencies and benchmarks to guide your professional development.

Position Requirements:

Ideal candidates will have at least three years of experience in a law firm, with a background in project development, finance, mergers & acquisitions, and commercial contracts. Through our Diversity Plan and initiatives inside and outside the firm, we strive to create a culture of inclusion and acceptance. We are an equal opportunity employer.

Professional Development:

We believe in inspiring our associates to achieve their growth potential in three core areas: Revenue Experience, Client Experience, and Talent Experience. We offer robust professional and business development training to help you identify and achieve your short- and long-term goals. Our mentoring, training, and flexible levels system allow us to meet you where you are in your legal experience, career stage, market, and personal interests.
