Goldberg and Associates, a leading immigration law firm, is currently seeking an experienced USCIS Immigration Paralegal to join our team in Michigan. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $75,000 annually.
As a Paralegal II at our firm, you will work closely with our COO and Legal Program Manager to provide support services to our attorneys. This will include document preparation, evidence packages, client and witness interviews, research, and trial preparation. The ideal candidate will have proven success in preparing Asylum, Cancellation of Removal, and waiver forms.

Salary Information:

Job Title: USCIS Immigration Paralegal - MI (Removals Experience Required)
Experience Information:
- Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field required
- Paralegal certificate required
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Immigration Paralegal with EOIR, asylum, and USCIS cases, including waivers and cancellation of removals
- Supervisory experience a plus
- Proficiency in Arabic language preferred
Job Description:
- Provide support services to attorneys by assisting with document preparation, evidence packages, and trial preparation
- Conduct research on immigration law and procedures
- Meet with clients to complete forms and draft affidavits
- Track filing status and communicate with clients as needed
- Other related duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of legal language and principles
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle high-paced and stressful environments
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Gsuite or related software
