Law Firm Seeking IP Litigation Associate for Expanding Practice Group

Brown Rudnick, a top-tier law firm, is currently seeking a highly qualified IP Litigation Associate with 2nd-4th year experience to join our expanding Intellectual Property Litigation and Technology industry groups. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of our core teams and contribute to the strategic growth of the firm. The ideal candidate will have experience in patent litigation and be capable of managing various phases of litigation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage document production and review
- Conduct discovery meet and confers
- Take and defend depositions
- Collaborate with experts in preparing expert reports
- Draft legal memoranda and persuasive briefs

Bonus Skills:
- Experience with inter partes reviews
- Knowledge of other PTAB trial proceedings
