**Members Only**, a global AmLaw 50 full-service law firm, is seeking a mid to senior-level (4+ years) associate to join our Energy, Infrastructure and Project Finance team. This position is available in any of our US offices, with only one position currently open.

We are looking for candidates with at least four years of experience in the energy industry, specifically with renewable energy projects. Our Energy, Infrastructure and Project Finance team is comprised of over 55 attorneys across the firm, representing some of the largest and most innovative energy industry players.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project development/contracts work, M&A work, or finance work in the energy industry. They should also have excellent oral communication, writing, research, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to take ownership of projects and work effectively as a member of a team.
