Energy & Infrastructure - PPA Associate: **Members Only** is seeking an experienced attorney to join our market-leading Energy & Infrastructure practice in any of our US office locations. This is an exciting opportunity for an attorney with 4-8 years of experience in energy projects, specifically relating to renewables and energy storage. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on energy offtake work, including renewable energy power purchase agreements, corporate PPAs, energy storage offtake agreements, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Join **Members Only**'s Energy & Infrastructure practice in a US office location
- Focus on energy projects work, particularly in renewables and energy storage
- Handle energy offtake work, including renewable energy power purchase agreements, corporate PPAs, energy storage offtake agreements, and more
- Work closely with clients in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:
- 4-8+ years of relevant experience
- Highly motivated with excellent academic credentials
- Superior communication skills
- Membership to the State Bar of the office's location required
