The **Members Only**, Richter & Hampton LLP, a global AmLaw 50 full-service law firm, is currently seeking two senior-level project finance attorneys to join their Energy, Infrastructure, and Project Finance team. These positions can be based in any of their US offices and are ideal for candidates with over five years of experience in the energy industry.

The Energy, Infrastructure, and Project Finance team at **Members Only** comprises over 55 attorneys and represents some of the largest and most innovative players in the energy industry, including leading utilities, pipeline operators, municipalities, independent power producers, commercial banks, equity and tax investors, EPC contractors, and energy technology companies. This team is looking for two senior-level attorneys, one with a focus on debt work and the other with a focus on tax equity and M&A work, to join their group.
