Job Title: Tax Director - Global Information Reporting

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance on global tax information reporting and withholding rules.
- Lead efforts to develop new business opportunities.
- Make critical decisions to influence client outcomes.
- Manage and shape client engagements.
- Provide mentorship to emerging leaders.

- Oversee various projects to confirm alignment with strategic goals.
- Maintain the company's standards of quality and integrity.

Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor's Degree is required.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience is necessary.
- Candidates must be a CPA, Enrolled Agent, or an Active Member of the Bar.
- Preferred qualifications include backgrounds in Management Information Systems & Accounting, Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or Taxation.
- Experience in providing guidance to clients regarding compliance with global tax information reporting.
- Proficiency in researching complex tax issues and reaching valid conclusions.
- Ability to review US IRS tax forms and related tax documentary evidence.
- Experience in leading staff in preparing and filing information returns.
- Skilled in developing innovative technology solutions to increase efficiency.
- Experience in training and managing local staff.
- Ability to execute client engagements to meet statutory, regulatory, and project-based deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $438,000, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. The actual compensation within the range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. In addition to salary, the company offers a wide range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, holiday pay, vacation, personal and family sick leave, and more.
