Trademark/Copyright/Litigation Paralegal The candidate will provide full support for trademark and copyright prosecution including managing an electronic docket for deadlines, assisting with trademark clearance, filings, maintenance, and renewals, and corresponding with clients. The position also entails assisting with enforcement matters and providing litigation support. The candidate must also be willing to assume some administrative/office management responsibilities. Should have experience in all aspects of . trademark and copyright prosecution and familiarity with the rules and procedures of the USPTO and TTAB, Experience managing and maintaining client trademark files, electronic docketing systems and deadlines, Experience in supporting administrative and federal court litigation. Bachelor's degree is needed.
