Job Title: Associate Attorney - Commercial and Complex Litigation

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle defense of wage and hour litigation, with a focus on class actions.
- Apply knowledge and experience of California and federal wage and hour laws, including regulations concerning overtime and meal and rest periods.
- Prepare and respond to written discovery in wage and hour litigation with minimal supervision and oversight.
- Conduct depositions and engage in motion practice related to discovery issues.

- Interface with clients to convey professionalism and competence regarding legal and strategic issues in wage and hour litigation.

Education and Experience Information:
