The Opportunity:
- Evaluate potential mass tort cases and gather evidence
- Interview and consult with clients to assess the merit of their claims
- Provide clients with a clear understanding of the legal process and potential outcomes
- Conduct extensive legal research and formulate a solid legal strategy
- Represent clients in court proceedings and maintain open communication with them
- Manage inventories of claimants and track deadlines
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctor required
- Must be licensed in Illinois and/or Missouri
- Minimum of 3 years experience in mass torts or related areas
- Strong research, analytical, and legal writing skills
- Excellent negotiation and advocacy abilities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to mass torts
- Fluency in Spanish preferred

The Role:
