We are currently hiring for positions in Atlanta, Denver, New York, and St. Louis. Responsibilities:

- Defend global companies in complex litigation matters
- Participate in all aspects of case development, including high-stakes trials
- Handle bet-the-company class and mass actions
- Conduct legal research and writing
- Assist in motions, depositions, and discovery
- Communicate effectively with clients and manage client engagements
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Qualifications:

- At least three to five years of experience in federal circuit court clerkship or complex litigation within a big law firm setting
- Highly developed research and writing skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills

Salary Information:

Pursuant to the Colorado and New York City pay transparency laws, we are posting a reasonable estimate of a compensation range for an Associate with three to five years of experience. The estimated range is $215,000 to $280,000 per year. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including relevant experience, skill sets, training, licensure and certifications, internal equity, market data, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range is based on a full-time work schedule.
