Job Responsibilities

- Managing client service accounts and leading engagement workstreams.

- Driving initiatives in digitization and automation to provide client impact.
- Addressing issues related to abandoned and unclaimed property, income and franchise tax, payroll and employment tax, credits and incentives, and indirect tax.
Education and Experience Information
- A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Taxation is required.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience is required.
- CPA, Member of the Bar, or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity.
- A Master's Degree is preferred.
- Broad knowledge in partnership tax compliance, proficiency in tax return production and audit defense, and proficiency in tax consulting and structuring are advantageous.
- Strong client relationship management skills and proven leadership in supervising and coaching teams are essential.
Salary Information
The salary range for the position of State and Local Tax Financial Services Manager is $98,300 - $266,000. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The actual compensation within the range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
