Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate. Should preferably have 5+ years of experience. Must have working knowledge of filing documents (including via PACER/ECF). Trial experience, mass tort/MDL experience and Excel experience are a plus. Should demonstrate experience in research and drafting. Should have effective project management, planning and organizational skills. Should have effective communication (verbal and written) skills. Should have strong ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
