Our ideal candidate is an experienced Patent Agent with 2+ years of recent experience in patent preparation. We value work-life balance and offer mentorship and collaboration opportunities to cater to your desired career path. Experience in wireless telecommunications systems, standards-related technologies, communication networks, and other related fields is preferred but not required. A strong academic record with a technical degree in a relevant field is also desired.

H2: Salary and Benefits

At Holland & Hart, we believe in merit-based compensation and evaluate our employees based on their performance and achievements. As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Act, we are providing a good faith salary range for this position (if based in Colorado): $120,000 to $275,000+. Additional incentives and bonuses may be available based on performance.
