Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Paralegal to join our team. As a Paralegal, you will work closely with our attorneys to assist with all aspects of case management, including conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and communicating with clients and other parties involved in the case.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in the case
• Organize and maintain case files and documents
• Assist with preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
• Collaborate with attorneys and other team members on case strategy and preparation

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably in personal injury law
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research databases
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
