Job Title: Staff Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the review, revision, drafting, and negotiation of contracts to meet business needs and objectives.
- Provide legal research and analysis on a variety of legal issues in support of Senior Attorneys.
- Assist Senior Attorneys with identifying and managing legal risks.
- Support litigation and other potentially adversarial activities.
- Assist with projects and transactions as assigned by Senior Attorneys.
- Provide administrative support related to processes and resources within the General Counsel’s Division (GCD).
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with clients, external resources, and other GCD members.
- May be assigned primary responsibility for specific legal areas, including collections and bankruptcy actions.
- Work with other GCD members to maintain complete and accessible information, records, and systems.
- Assist in the development of client training, support tools, policies, and procedures within the GCD.
- Coordinate work with other GCD attorneys to avoid duplication and inconsistency in legal advice and services.
- Participate in GCD activities, including staff meetings and departmental projects.
- Adhere to company’s Code of Conduct, Corporate Compliance Program, and relevant safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Information:
- Requires a law degree from an accredited United States law school.
- Requires a license to practice law in the United States and maintenance of such a license throughout employment.
- Preferably, at least three years of legal practice as a licensed attorney in the United States.
- Prefer some experience with legal matters such as contracts, business transactions, regulatory issues, and litigation.
- Basic understanding of the company’s structure and business operations is preferred.

- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and passport, with the ability to travel independently, internationally, and overnight when necessary.
- Willingness to work flexible and extended hours as necessary.
- Ability and willingness to participate in required training related to company policies and procedures and other job-related requirements.

Salary Information:
- Salary Range: $105, - $144,
- Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law.
- In addition to base pay, certain roles may be eligible for bonuses, incentives, and commissions.
