Job Title: Operations Senior Associate - Parametric
Full time

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare draft agreements and other client documentation for institutional derivatives investors. Coordinate efforts with internal legal counsel, resolve complex issues, and present final documents. Documentation includes investment management agreements, derivative trading agreements (ISDAs, futures and options agreements, repurchase/reverse repurchase agreements), limited partnership agreements, fund offering documents, non-disclosure agreements, and ISDA trade confirmations.
- Review and update client-specific documentation during the onboarding process and throughout the client lifecycle; understand client-specific contract terms and requirements.
- Communicate directly with brokers and trading counterparties to facilitate the opening of new client accounts; complete internal setup of client and trading accounts.
- Work closely with trading, operations, compliance, and business development professionals across multiple office locations; expedite outstanding issues with urgency, provide regular status updates, and prioritize to meet client and/or internal deadlines.
- Review complex regulations and updates, research client-specific legal issues required for servicing the relationship, participate in company-wide working groups and industry calls, and communicate results clearly to the business.
- Review ISDAs, ISDA amendments, and master confirmation agreements; assist clients with regulatory requirements during ISDA onboarding, work with trade counterparties, and review trade confirmations.
- Have primary responsibility for the maintenance of client files and the retention of documents, utilizing technology to ensure access to current documents is efficient and secure.
- Review and update team policies and procedures.

Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor’s (4-year) degree required; JD or Paralegal with relevant financial services experience preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial services is required.
- Strong organizational skills, being a self-starter, and the ability to analyze information with a risk mindset are essential.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
- Document management experience is required.
- Prior experience with contracts, derivatives including uncleared products, and financial services regulations is preferred.

Salary Information:
- Salary range for the position is $70,000 - $150,000 per year.
- The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
- The candidate may also be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which may include a discretionary bonus component.
