Job Title: Litigation Associate - Construction
Job Responsibilities:
- The Litigation Associate will be a member of the Construction Group at the law firm, working out of the Chicago office.
- The role involves engaging in all aspects of litigation in both federal and state courts.
- The associate will have direct client contact and be responsible for client reporting.
- The candidate is expected to work well within a team environment and exhibit strong writing skills.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in handling tort and injury claims.
Education and Experience Information:
- Candidates must be licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation is required.
- A strong work ethic and a desire to continue growing in a litigation environment are essential.
Salary Information:
- The anticipated annual base salary for this position in Illinois ranges from $110,000 to $140,000, depending on experience.
- This salary range does not include potential bonus opportunities.
