We are currently seeking a Litigation Attorney with 4-6 years of experience to join our newest Miami partners, a dynamic team.
### Responsibilities
- Draft and review pleadings, briefs, interrogatories, and other legal correspondence and litigation documents
- Prepare formal correspondence to opposing counsel and other parties
- Attend and conduct depositions, hearings, and mediations as required
- Analyze insurance policies, draft coverage opinions and provide coverage recommendations for clients
- Conduct complex and rigorous legal research and analysis, and draft memoranda
### Education and Experience

- Excellent academic credentials
- 4 to 6 years of experience, with commercial litigation or insurance coverage litigation experience preferred
- Experience or interest in working on complex insurance coverage matters
- Excellent legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
